This new five stars Suite Hotel, with 105 units (Deluxe Double Rooms, Deluxe Suites and Deluxe Family Suites), combines an excellent location with one of the most attractive and generous environments in the Algarve, the beach of São Rafael, west of Albufeira. In fact, together with the excellent natural conditions, easily noticed in the clear sea water and in the quiet and cosy golden beach, to which the cliff gives shelter, the São Rafael beach benefits from an excellent location due to its proximity to many places of interest. Elegance and quality are defining characteristics that are present throughout the property. In addition to the ocean, garden or land view, it offers deluxe fittings, modern furnishings, panoramic elevators, vast Mediterranean gardens and a multitude of facilities and services.

Accommodation

There are 19 deluxe double rooms, 63 deluxe suites and 23 deluxe family suites. All rooms boast functional spaces with natural light, balconies with ocean, garden or land view, air-conditioning, LCD TV with satellite channels, direct dial telephone, complete bathroom with hairdryers, bathrobe and slippers per adult, mini-bar and support kitchenette (cooking is not possible but microwave is available on request) and rigorous soundproofing treatment. All units have individual safe deposit boxes free of charge. In addition, the deluxe double rooms have a double bed and a dining room table for two people. Both types of suites have additionally to the general facilities one or two bedrooms with twin beds, living room with sofa-bed, a dinner table for four or six people. The deluxe suites also have a spare bathroom with shower stall, while the family suites have an additional complete bathroom. Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy. 24-hour room service and pets are not allowed. There is one deluxe double room and one deluxe suite for the disabled.

Food & Beverage

This unit features an elegant buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant and a pool snack bar. The São Rafael beach club has an elegant and relaxed restaurant and snack bar. There is also a lounge and terrace bar. All of these places offer, in addition to the premium food and excellent service, a marvellous view to the gardens and sea. Low-calorie menus are available on request. Vegetarian cuisine is available, as are special children chairs and menus.

Sport & Leisure

This Hotel is an ideal place for relaxation as it offers an outdoor terrace, Relax Center with indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, steam bath, saunas, a choice of massages and cosmetic treatments, gym with cardio-fitness equipment. There are also 2 fresh water outdoor adult’s swimming pools with free sunbathing service and a fresh water children’s pool, a multi-purpose grass game’s field, 1 tennis court and 1 18-hole putting green. The Hotel has access to the São Rafael Beach (500 m walking or 2 minutes by free shuttle), where the Hotel owned fully equipped beach-club has two concessions with free seasonal beach services such as sun beds, sun shades, towel service. The property has a seasonal kid’s club (3 to 11 years) with an activity program. In the vicinity you can find excellent leisure facilities like the Albufeira Marina, 18 hole Salgados golf course (special green fees; hotel owned), thematic and water parks, Vilamoura Casino, sporting fishing clubs and hippodrome. Also nearby you can snorkel, scuba dive, take boat trips, sail, windsurf, catamaran, pedal-boat, canoe, water-ski, parasail and take all-terrain tours.
